Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Mechanical Foreman experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status with customers and management.
• Manage project plans, specs, and materials ordering.
• Supervise foremen and staff, with performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and drafting staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping on job sites.
• Report progress and issues to Operations and Finance.
• Train foremen in construction methods and safety procedures.
• Represent the company at project coordination meetings.
