Job summary

Onsite Innovations seeks a part-time Industrial Athletic Trainer for our client site in Rosenberg, Texas. The AT-O will promote health, wellness and safety, coordinate return-to-work processes, and support injury prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities include on-site emergency care, MSK evaluations, pre-employment testing, and collaboration with the client's Health and Safety Leader to maintain a healthier workforce. State regulations apply and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in onsite occupational health or medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and assess injuries per standing orders.
• Identify and refer injured workers to clinicians for appropriate care.
• Coordinate workers' compensation case management and RTW.
• Develop and implement injury prevention and ergonomic training.
• Perform pre-employment functional testing and vision testing.
• Create RTW/job placement plans with safety leadership.
• Document patient care and prepare monthly rehab/utilization reports.
