Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations, material handling, MRO, purchasing, or parts distribution.
• 3+ years in inventory control, indirect materials management, or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• Experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems for purchasing, inventory management, and material transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders for indirect materials, MRO supplies, production consumables, tooling, and facility-related materials.
• Monitor open purchase orders and expedite supplier deliveries to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve pricing discrepancies, shipping delays, quality concerns, and invoice issues.
• Maintain effective supplier relationships and communicate material availability and delivery schedules.
• Partner with Procurement to identify cost savings and optimize purchasing processes.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels using Kanban, Min/Max, and Reorder Point methodologies.
• Monitor inventory consumption and generate replenishment requisitions based on forecasted demand.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
