Job summary

KenCrest Services seeks an Employer Inclusion Liaison to advance competitive, integrated employment for individuals with disabilities across partner facilities in Jonestown, PA. This mobile role embeds with a business partner to address barriers and promote inclusive practices, acting as consultant and onsite job coach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in Supported Employment services.
• ACRE certified or APSE accreditation, or able to complete within 9 months of hire.
• Experience in Customized Employment and Self‑Employment supports.
• Have and maintain numerous business and community contacts.
• Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at the designated employer’s facility and promote DE’s DEI efforts.
• Deliver pre‑planning, onboarding, sensitivity training for co‑workers, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with the onsite Employment Support Specialist on day‑to‑day management of the program.
• Coordinate worksite tours, job shadows, and CBWAs for job exploration.
• Identify potential job openings and customized positions for InVEST participants.
• Review recruitment, application, and onboarding processes for accessibility.
• Provide ADA accessibility assessments and recommend Universal Design strategies.
• Coordinate accommodations and maintain communication with DE, OVR, and team members.
• Lead Disability Awareness Training for DE’s employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain records, service tracking, and monthly KPI reports.
