Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. On-site in Richmond, VA or Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The role focuses on IAM services, DoD policy adherence, and access validation for sensitive systems. The candidate should have DoD IAM knowledge, experience with authentication/authorization controls, and the ability to collaborate with government customers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of DoD identity, credential, and access management policies, procedures, and processes.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access controls for systems, applications, and data.
• Familiarity with DoD Instruction 8520.03 and its application to identity authentication and access management.

Responsibilities

• Perform IAM services to ensure confidentiality, availability, integrity of information systems.
• Serve as IA SME for Access and Identity Management within a DoD environment.
• Validate access for resources such as computer systems or data per DoD guidance.
• Assist in resolving IAM issues and ensuring policy compliance.
