Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. On-site in Richmond, VA or Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The role focuses on IAM services, DoD policy adherence, and access validation for sensitive systems. The candidate should have DoD IAM knowledge, experience with authentication/authorization controls, and the ability to collaborate with government customers and technical teams.

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

*This position is On-Site in Richmond, VA or Ft. Belvoir, VA.*

Performs various Identity and Access Management services to ensure confidentiality, availability, integrity and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information systems. Serves as an IA SME with regards to Access and Identity Management and all associated IA policies and procedures. Fully versed in the general tenets supporting the overall DOD implementation of its identity, credential, and access management service in accordance with DOD policy, procedures, and processes. Possess an understanding of how DOD Instruction 8520.03, Identity Authentication for Information, is used for access management by validating entities are granted or denied access to resources such as computer systems or data.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of DoD identity, credential, and access management policies, procedures, and processes.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access controls for systems, applications, and data.
• Familiarity with DoD Instruction 8520.03 and its application to identity authentication and access management.
• Ability to assess access requirements, resolve IAM issues, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• IAT Level II baseline certifications
• DoD PKI RA Certification

• Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
