Job summary

Broward County ASCE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager at the Orlando Office to manage project documentation and support construction activities. This position requires expertise in document controls and project management, ensuring compliance and accuracy in project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project/Construction Management, or 9 years for a related degree.
• Ability to attend an in-person interview in Orlando and work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project coordination and administrative functions.
• Manage project documentation including submittals and logs.
• Ensure document control processes comply with project procedures.
• Coordinate document workflows across consultants and contractors.
• Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Support schedule, cost, and change management activities.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready project records.
