Qualifications

• Five (5) years of maintenance, repair, and engineering facility experience related to the AMP responsibilities assigned.
• Experience identifying civil, mechanical, electrical, and fire system components in the field and planning/performing maintenance or repairs.
• Must possess building code and life safety knowledge to provide assessment services.
• Three (3) years of military environment experience and familiarity with Air Force CE guidance and regs.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience performing facility assessments and RPIE data; familiarity with geospatial data.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Active Secret Security clearance and government IDs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HVAC personnel to develop anFYPD+3 Optimization Major Repair and Replacement Plan for regulated refrigerants and AC/R equipment.
• Identify and document current facility and equipment conditions and deficiencies.
• Recommend actions for correcting deficiencies with cost estimates and improvements.
• Assist with HVAC and mechanical set points strategy for optimum building operation.
• Incorporate existing Facility Condition Assessment data into reports.
• Provide timely reports and data sheets for each facility/asset.
• Use mobile tech to document components and justify condition.
• Ensure asset data is entered into authorized IT systems (IWIMS, ACERP, ACESPM, BUILDER, NexGen) or approved tools.
• Review SOWs and specifications to ensure mission-capable products.
• Perform assessments to determine physical condition and conformance with specs.
• Organize hard copy and electronic folders.
• Other duties as assigned.
