Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of construction management experience.
• Experience coordinating medium to large projects and contractor commitments.
• Strong understanding of project scope and customer expectations.
• Working knowledge of BAS controls, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of commercial/contractual complexity and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of supply chain disciplines and field coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to coordinate field activities and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on the critical path.
• Program and troubleshoot to keep progress moving.
• Perform quality control on-site work.
• Communicate with project team on ASIs, RFIs, submittals.
• Ensure subcontractors follow contracted scope.
• Interface with site personnel to meet drawings, hardware, software, graphics standards.
• Coordinate commissioning and validation activities on-site.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and preside over weekly meetings.
• Issue notices of non-compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Walk the site daily to monitor progress and prep punch lists.
• Keep the site clean and ready for productive work.
