Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking an HR Representative for an onsite 4–5 month contract at our Swedesboro, NJ facility. Core hours are 9am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday.

You will support the HR and Operations teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling I-9 audits, HR digitalization initiatives, and HRIS transactions while maintaining confidentiality. You will assist with staffing, onboarding, and associate relations, providing day-to-day HR support and issuing badges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2–3 years HR experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience with I-9 compliance or audit remediation is a plus
• Experience with HR digitalization or document management initiatives
• Experience with HRIS systems (preferably UKG) and data transactions/reporting
• Experience with new hire orientations and bi-weekly payroll processes
• Frontline HR contact experience and strong confidentiality practices

Responsibilities

What you will Do:

• I-9 audit project
• Support engagement survey project
• Support HR digitalization projects - training employees, transitioning paper personnel files to digital
• Support HRIS transactions - hire, term, payroll, time and attendance
• Staffing, orientation and onboarding support
• Support associate relations in the HR office
• Issuance of employee badges
• Provide day-to-day support to the HR team
• Other projects as assigned

What you will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or additional relevant work experience is required.
• 2-3 years of HR experience required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment is strongly preferred;
• Experience with I-9 compliance and audit remediation- a plus if they have supported HR audits or compliance driven projects
• Experience with HR digitalization or document management initiatives
• Experienced with HRIS systems (preferably UKG) and data transactions and reporting as well as time and attendance systems
• Experienced with conducting new hire orientations
• Experienced with completing bi-weekly payroll processes
• Experienced with serving as a frontline HR contact for employees
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willing and able to flex hours as needed for business.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive rate of $30.00/hr commensurate with experience and qualifications.
