Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an HR Program Analyst to provide onsite operational and project management support for our DARPA client in Arlington, VA. The role includes coordinating administrative tasks, preparing guidance, and aligning work with agency goals.

The ideal candidate has an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of program administrative experience, with strong writing, editing, and presentation skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

• Track open actions and ensure timely completion by coordinating with counterparts.
