Job summary

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to support on-site and remote HR activities.

You will align business objectives with people strategies, handling onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and performance management to drive engagement and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three to five years in the human resources field with three years in a Generalist/Business Partner role.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and manage employee relations and leave/ accommodations.
• Administer benefits, compliance, and training programs.
• Support performance management and development initiatives.
• Assist with HRIS data entry, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner with managers to address policy concerns and terminations as needed.
• Coordinate site events and drive engagement initiatives.
• Provide clear guidance on policies and respond to inquiries.
