Ford Motor Company in Lima Engine Plant seeks an HR Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, compensation, leaves, transfers, and separations in a unionized manufacturing environment.

You’ll partner with HR and operations to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. This onsite role offers growth as you build cross‑functional HR expertise.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 1 year of work experience in Employee Relations, HR or office management.
• 2+ years data analytics.

Mansioni

• Support hourly recruiting and onboarding.
• Administer personnel actions including promotions and transfers.
• Manage leaves of absence with benefit administrators.
• Handle reinstatements, record updates, and wage changes.
• Process separations and layoffs per policies.
• Audit HR data and respond to inquiries with accuracy.
• Coordinate internal movements and job postings.
• Assist with system access and security audits.
• Participate in HR projects to improve processes.
