Job summary

Sinclair is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide front-line, on-site HR support for KABB and WOAI-TV, with additional duties for the Corpus Christi station. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, leaves, employee relations, and performance management.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, judgment, and meticulous attention to detail, and may involve travel between stations in Texas.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HR support across multiple stations (KABB, WOAI-TV, Corpus Christi).
• Support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
• Coordinate employee relations, leaves, benefits, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO and related laws.
• Maintain confidential HR records and assist with HR projects.
