Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is hiring an onsite Human Resources Manager for Savannah Machine Works in Pooler, GA.

You will lead HR activities, partner with site leaders, and oversee HR professionals to support talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance in a growing manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes strategic business partnership, scalable HR processes, and effective people solutions to attract and retain talent critical to production demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, onsite manufacturing or distribution ideal.
• Experience leading HR teams; 2+ years of direct people management preferred.
• Ability to translate business goals into people solutions.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite HR leader for SMW in Pooler, GA, guiding HR activities.
• Partner with site leadership to align HR priorities with production needs.
• Provide oversight to HR Generalists/HRBPs and Recruiters with clear expectations.
• Guide compensation, benefits, and leave programs for the workforce.
• Ensure compliance with laws; collaborate with Legal, Safety and Operations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven improvements and reporting.
• Support recruiting priorities and workforce planning aligned with production demand.
• Deliver manager training on interviewing and performance management.
