Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in HR or related field; graduate degree and/or certification preferred.
• 7+ years HR experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent consulting, client management and business literacy.
• Strong conflict management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes for Wilton Mill and downstream locations.
• Lead recruiting and workforce planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance, and training.
• Ensure legal compliance and labor relations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and communications.
• Support expatriate matters for international staff.
