The role covers employee relations, benefits administration, workforce compliance, onboarding, and payroll collaboration with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and vendor transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or related field.
• Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.
• Experience serving on a senior-level executive team.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and staff on employee relations while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Conduct investigations and document facts, reporting findings to managers.
• Administer workers’ compensation and support safety strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding and improve candidate sourcing and interviewing processes.
• Develop and oversee benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Collaborate with Finance to support payroll processes and vendor transitions.
