Job summary

Bunzl is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our distribution centers across Piperton, TN and Glenwood, AR. This onsite role partners with leaders to deliver HR programs, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Occasional remote work opportunities are available and some travel to Glenwood, AR may be required.

The ideal candidate will drive engagement, coach leaders, and implement HR initiatives that align with business performance, policy adherence, and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, investigations, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for warehouse and operations teams.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretations.
• Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations in compliance with policies and law.
• Administer HR records, HRIS data, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and provide insights for business decisions.
