Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee engagement and retention at our Columbus, GA manufacturing facilities, including a startup chemical facility. You will partner with site leadership to administer HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources in a fast-paced environment with hourly and salaried employees.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple sites/locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes, support recruitment, onboarding and training new hires.
• Provide benefit information and policy interpretation, reinforce a performance‑driven culture.
• Maintain accurate electronic employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Develop and update job descriptions, salary grades and bonus eligibility for plant positions.
• Assist with employee relations, compliance with laws, and HR initiatives.
