Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking an Employee Service Center Representative to support frontline venue employees across MSG venues.

You will handle inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing, resolving issues within SLA and escalating complex cases to appropriate stakeholders. Role requires prior call center or HR support experience, strong MS Office and HRIS skills, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in call center, HR or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with HRIS and case management tools.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse internal audience in a large entertainment venue.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and proactive follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 employee inquiries via phone, in-person, email, or ticketing system, resolving requests within SLA.
• Assist employees with absences, call-offs, and timekeeping issues.
• Support staffing, attendance, pay inquiries, and time and attendance related questions.
• Assist with onboarding, I-9 processing, and new-hire paperwork.
• Support licenses, certifications, training initiatives, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with ESC leadership and coordinators on day-to-day operations.
• Provide on-site support to sustain smooth operations and greet guests professionally.
