The Marek Group is seeking an organized, proactive HR & Employee Experience Specialist to serve as the primary onsite HR resource at our headquarters in Waukesha, WI. You will support daily HR administration, onboarding, and engagement activities to foster a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include handling HR questions, maintaining records, coordinating payroll-related tasks, and partnering with the HR team to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Paycom or similar HR systems preferred.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing and union environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first onsite HR resource for daily HR administration and employee questions.
• Maintain employee records and assist with employment changes and HR compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with the HR team.
• Plan and coordinate onsite employee engagement events and recognition activities.
• Assist with timekeeping questions, benefits inquiries, and training logistics.
• Escalate sensitive or complex personnel matters to HR leadership.
