Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support onsite teams at Flower Mound, TX and Mountain Creek, TX distribution centers. You will help deliver a positive employee experience, coordinating new-hire orientations and supporting core HR processes.

The role involves assisting with onboarding, verifications, payroll processing, and engaging in internal communications to capture company culture. Weekend and weekday shifts are included, with a schedule of 10 AM–7 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday, and UKG.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR activities across the business unit including onboarding, employment verifications and payroll processing.
