We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, reporting, and engagement initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or pursuing certification is an asset.
• 3–5 years of HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating interviews and offer letters.
• Serve as HR resource for employees and managers at locations, handling policy questions.
• Maintain HRIS records and confidentiality; process employment changes and verifications.
• Assist with performance management, coaching, and employee recognition programs.
• Generate HR reports on recruiting, turnover, attendance, training, and metrics.
• Coordinate training programs and track compliance training.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Safety, Finance, and Operations to provide HR support across sites.
