Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture advisory, coordinator or generalist role.
• Experience supporting employees and line managers in day-to-day people matters, processes and ways of working.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of queries and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide people advisory expertise to employees and managers during a critical business transition.
• Support employee relations, HR processes and issue resolution.
• Engage stakeholders across P&C Operations, payroll, digital and talent teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support core people processes.
