• 3+ years in HPC systems or Linux clusters, with troubleshooting experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing technical leadership or incident coordination.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to onsite hardware engineers and Linux admins.
• Coordinate maintenance, escalations, and service-delivery activities.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis with DSM and stakeholders.
• Plan upgrades, maintenance windows, and change controls with customers.
• Mentor team members and ensure proper documentation and training.
• Maintain site readiness, safety, and site procedures.
