Job summary

Fooda seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the onsite hospitality experience at client locations in Burlington, TX. You will ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and reflect Fooda's standards.

As the primary contact for clients, consumers, and vendors, you will coordinate restaurant partners, resolve issues quickly, and maintain excellent daily service with autonomy in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.
• Ability to manage day-to-day onsite operations with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with clients, staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite experience to ensure timely, hospitable service.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for clients, employees, and vendors.
• Provide guidance to staff and coordinators to stay aligned for service.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to set up and support daily operations.
• Monitor customer experience, address issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and overall presentation.
• Foster strong restaurant partnerships and uphold Fooda standards.
