Job summary

You will manage provider scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, meetings, documentation workflows, payroll/timekeeping, and day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate records and timely communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree completed.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; EPIC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to Hospital Medicine Division.
• Coordinate provider scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, meetings, and documentation workflows.
• Maintain timekeeping and payroll processes; submit reports to payroll/finance.
• Manage shared guidelines and coordinate CME activities.
• Support recruitment and offboarding of providers; handle office management tasks.
