Job summary

Summit Healthcare seeks a Systems Administrator for a full-time, onsite day shift in Show Low, AZ. The role supports the IT environment, manages servers, and troubleshoots to ensure patient services run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in systems administration or IT support, an associate degree or higher preferred, and a focus on reliability, security, and customer service. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; related degree preferred.
• 3 years of IT systems administration/Help Desk experience.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced support for Summit desktops and server applications.
• Serves as SME for server hardware/software.
• Maintains software in line with best practices and Summit policies.
• Responds to Help Desk incidents and logs tickets and resolutions.
• Participates in IT on-call rotation.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding patient care and employee information.
