Job summary

Human Touch Health Care Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Contract Specialist to manage contracts and agreements for home health services. The role focuses on contract administration, renewals, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare contracting experience, familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid payer agreements, and strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years in healthcare contract administration or similar.
Experience with home health agencies or payer contracting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with payer reimbursement structures and contract renewal processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, organize, and maintain contracts, amendments, renewals, and related docs.
Track contract expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and rate changes.
Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, signatures, and execution with internal stakeholders.
Maintain an organized electronic contract repository with proper documentation.
Monitor compliance and identify discrepancies or risks.
