Job summary

Human Touch Health Care Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Contract Specialist to manage, review, coordinate, and maintain contracts related to home health services, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to monitor renewal dates, manage documentation, and collaborate with billing, operations, and compliance teams for accurate contract implementation and reimbursement terms.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant healthcare contracting experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare contract administration, payer contracting, provider relations, revenue cycle management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation (electronic and physical).
• Track contract expiration dates, renewal deadlines, rate changes, and milestones.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, signatures, and execution with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure contract records are complete and compliant with company procedures.
• Assist with managing contracts with Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, and commercial payers.
• Support documentation for audits, payer reviews, and internal compliance assessments.
