Human Touch Health Care Services LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Contract Specialist to manage contracts and agreements related to home health services. You will support payer and provider contract administration, monitor terms and renewals, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant healthcare contracting experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare contract administration, payer contracting, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with home health agencies, Medicare Advantage or Medicaid payers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement terms, payer fee schedules, and renewal processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
• Track contract expiration dates, renewal deadlines, rate changes, and other milestones.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, signatures, and execution with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized electronic contract repository with accessible documentation.
• Assist with payer contracting and credentialing documentation for Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Support compliance with federal and state requirements and confidentiality policies.
