Human Touch Health Care Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Contract Specialist to manage contracts and agreements for home health services in Washington, DC. The role involves coordinating reviews, renewals, and fee schedules with internal teams and payers.

The ideal candidate has experience with healthcare contracting, payer agreements, and compliance, with strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple contracts and deadlines.

Competenze

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Two+ years of experience in healthcare contract administration.
• Experience with home health agencies, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid or commercial payers preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
• Track contract expiration dates, renewal deadlines, rate changes, and milestones.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, signatures, and execution with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure contract records are complete and maintained per procedures.
• Support payer contracting and credentialing activities and billing coordination.
