Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support multiple associations in California. The role involves hands‑on maintenance of common areas, inspections, and prompt response to safety concerns.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of general maintenance experience, a valid CA driver’s license, and strong communication. Training in safety and basic trades is highly valued, with opportunities to collaborate with licensed vendors.

Competenze

• At least three (3) years of general building, facilities, property, multifamily, or HOA maintenance experience.
• Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Background checks and reference checks as per employer policy; OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, or related credentials preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform routine handyman‑level maintenance tasks across common areas and facilities.
• Attend to work orders, inspections, and safety responses with timely, documented updates.
• Repair or replace minor carpentry, painting, doors, hardware, and fixtures in common areas.
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and minor plumbing repairs; escalate complex work to licensed professionals.
