• Post third-party payments and compute reimbursement.
• Ensure claims comply with payer specs and HIPAA regulations.
• Resolve billing issues to maximize reimbursement.
• Analyze CPT-4, ICD-9, UB04 charges for accuracy.
• Use STAR, EC2000, and EPIC systems for revenue cycle tasks.
• Communicate with patients, customers, and co-workers effectively.
