Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Billing, Receivables or Collection preferred.
• Pass Epic applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate payment from third party payers with correct billing and status.
• Post third party payments when applicable and compute reimbursements.
• Process incoming/outgoing correspondence; maintain contracts/regulations knowledge.
• Ensure claims are compliant with payer specifications and HIPAA rules.
• Analyze CPT-4, ICD-9, UB04, HCFA 1500 charges for accuracy.
