Job summary

CHS Career Site seeks a Quality Analyst to support data-driven decisions in healthcare. You will analyze EMR and regulatory data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve patient care and operations. Strong SQL and Excel skills and keen attention to detail are essential.

The role is 100% onsite in Foley, AL. You will collaborate with CQO and cross-functional teams, develop reports, and ensure data quality and regulatory readiness through audits and dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline required or four plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, program management, or relevant support services.

Responsibilities

Gathers, cleans, and prepares data from EMR, regulatory databases, and internal tools.
Performs descriptive and exploratory analyses to identify performance trends.
Writes and executes SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting.
Develops and delivers recurring and ad hoc reports with quality metrics and regulatory outcomes.
Creates clear data visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
