Job summary

The role collaborates with CQO, senior analysts, and business stakeholders to improve patient care, operations, and strategic planning.

This position is 100% onsite with a full-time schedule. The analyst will assist in regulatory compliance efforts and help ensure Joint Commission standards are met through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, program management, or relevant support services.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, cleans, and prepares data from various sources to ensure accuracy.
• Conducts descriptive and exploratory analyses to identify performance trends and quality improvement opportunities.
• Writes and executes SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Develops and delivers recurring and ad hoc reports summarizing performance indicators, quality metrics, and regulatory outcomes.
• Creates clear data visualizations (dashboards, charts, graphs) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to answer data-related questions and support audits.
• Supports quality improvement and patient safety initiatives with data analysis.
• Assists senior analysts with complex projects in data preparation and trend interpretation.
• Manages multiple assignments with attention to deadlines and changing priorities.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance.
