Job summary

NuView Health, an industry leader in data-driven clinical protocols and telemedicine, is seeking an onsite data operations assistant in Boca Raton, FL. This role focuses on data entry, verification, and database maintenance to support physicians and operational workflows.

Flexibility in hours (9am–5pm EST, Mon–Fri) and a compensation range of $19–$22 per hour DOE. Ideal candidate will be proficient with MS Office, Adobe, and database platforms, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in database platforms, MS Office, and Adobe.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily/nightly reports, i.e., analytics and census reports, as needed
• Data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Collect, verify and maintain data from various sources
• Communicate regularly with physicians on accuracy of charge submissions
• Data entry of physician staffing plan and distributing monthly call schedule, as needed
• Regularly monitor the progress of assigned tasks
• Other data operational tasks as assigned
