Qualifications

• Experience providing architectural or construction management support for healthcare construction projects.

• Knowledge of NFPA Life Safety Code, ADA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Construction Facilities Management support.
• Support major renovation and construction efforts.
• Maintain project documentation including inspection reports and RFIs.

Skills

Full‑time onsite architectural support

Knowledge of federal construction processes

Experience supporting architectural elements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with VA/federal construction management systems

Education
