Job summary

Medcor is hiring a full-time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to join our onsite occupational health clinic in Tifton, GA. You will provide hands-on patient care, treat workplace injuries, and support employee health and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure applicable to the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, EMR systems, and other healthcare tech.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.
• Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency bag.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Deliver patient care using Medcor's clinical protocols.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
• Support workers' compensation case management and return-to-work programs.
• Coordinate with outside providers to monitor treatment plans and recovery.
• Manage daily operations of the onsite clinic.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and wellness education.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinic organization.
• Build positive relationships with employees and client leadership.
