Job summary

Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic on a PRN basis to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Boardman, OR. The schedule runs 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with a pay range of $25-$30/hour.

Responsibilities include patient care, workers’ compensation case management, RTW program facilitation, and collaboration with local providers. Applicants should be comfortable in a construction environment, capable of climbing stairs and working at heights, and

Qualifications

• Valid licensure for EMT/Paramedic
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work at heights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at the on-site clinic per Medcor protocols
• Manage workers’ compensation and Return To Work programs
• Collaborate with Medcor leadership, client staff, and outside providers
• Document care using the EMR and maintain accurate records
• Support onsite employee health and wellness initiatives
