Job summary

Hippocratic AI in Cincinnati seeks a Customer Success Executive with health systems experience to be embedded within client hospitals. This onsite role works with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement, operationalize, and scale Hippocratic AI’s solutions.

You will own post-sale execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and durable change in real-world clinical environments. This position partners with the Customer Success Director and collaborates with product, sales, and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of health systems experience, including customer success, account management, or project management.
• Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead dedicated client success for a key health system.
• Manage post-sale delivery: discovery, configuration, rollout, adoption.
• Build relationships with healthcare staff, leaders, and IT.
• Align nursing workflows and operational processes with AI solutions.
• Train teams on Hippocratic AI usage to ensure adoption and outcomes.
• Identify workflow improvements using AI to enhance patient care.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and address concerns.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to relay client feedback.
• Establish and track metrics; present results to stakeholders.
• Share best practices from AI implementations with client leadership.
