Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Fall River, MA is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and collaborate with site leadership to maintain a safe working environment.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, a high school diploma, and willingness to obtain required certifications within weeks of start. Flex shifts include days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification, or Athletic Trainer Certification.
• Willingness to obtain required first aid certifications within 3 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement with associates.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain medical supplies and environment; ensure proper inventory.
• Support first aid, CPR and AED trainings and certifications.
