Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool degree or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Two years of medical office experience.
• Experience with outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling.
• Willing to travel between sites.
• BLS certification.
• Active LPN or RN license preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in medical office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staff scheduling, operations and supervision.
• Verify time sheets and approve before payroll deadlines.
• Ensure patient needs are met and resolve complaints.
• Monitor patient throughput, wait times and satisfaction.
• Coordinate clinical services including access, scheduling, EMR and supplies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers.
• Maintain office facilities and equipment.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
