Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments. Relay necessary messages to staff and providers.
• Verify information and records in the medical record and scheduling system.
• Greet and register patients, provide instructions and directions.
• Complete encounter forms and referrals; assist with billing information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with health education and wellness resource referrals.
