Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience assembling and upgrading computers.
• Minimum of 2 years inspection and IT related experience.
• Follow health and safety procedures/regulations as dictated by Rand and the state.
• Demonstrated experience working in computer operations.
• Proficient with keyboards, processors, etc.
• Proficient in troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must read and write English.
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to remain stationary for long periods during shift.
• Bend, move, lift, carry and kneel; lift up to 25 lbs or more (over 50 lbs with assistance).
• Dexterity with fingers, wrists and hands; repetitive motion.
• Cognitive ability to think independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Match incoming parts to purchase orders and customer requirements.
• Pull stock for shipping and stock incoming product.
• Verify product via internet for product verification.
• Input product information into receiving system.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Test products: CPU, memory modules, hard drives, motherboards and related items.
• Log test results in database and create test reports.
• Process non-conforming product per QMS.
• Label conforming product for packaging per customer requirements.
