Job summary

Rand Technology, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Inspector/Test Technician to perform testing and inspection of CPUs, memory modules and hard drives. The role requires detail orientation, organization and comfort with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bend, move, lift, carry and kneel; lift up to 25 lbs or more (over 50 lbs with assistance).

Role Summary

The Inspector/Test Technician is responsible for the testing and inspection of CPUs, memory modules and hard drives.

Location: This role is onsite in our Irvine, CA facility.

Essential Functions

• Match incoming parts to purchase order and customer requirements.
• Pull stock for shipping.
• Stock incoming product.
• Verify product via internet for product verification.
• Input product information into receiving system.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Testing of product: Processors / Modules / Hard Drives/ Motherboards and various computer related products.
• Log test results in database.
• Create test reports.
• Processes Non-Conforming product in line with QMS.
• Label conforming product for packaging according to customer requirement.
