Thrive is seeking a Logistics Technician to manage physical inventory and hardware, ship items, and stage equipment for remote engineers. This onsite role requires organizing storage, updating inventory catalogs, and creating process documentation from our Mount Laurel deployment center.

The ideal candidate has a CS-related degree, strong communication, and experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or ServiceNow; ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment onsite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage hardware.
• Work with manufacturers to schedule repairs (remote or onsite).
• Organize the physical storage and digital inventory catalogue.
• Manage shipping logistics to pack and ship hardware to client sites and receive returns.
• Stage equipment in lab for remote engineers to configure.
• Create and update process documentations.
