Thrive is seeking a Logistics Technician to support our operations by managing hardware inventory and deployment center. This role focuses on organizing, shipping, and receiving hardware, coordinating with manufacturers for repairs, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to lift 50+ pounds, and possess experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or ServiceNow. A degree in computer science or related field is preferred.

The primary responsibility for the Logistics Technician supports our operation by managing physical inventory and hardware. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process driven and interested in IT. In addition to managing the inventory, this person is also responsible for shipping, organizing, and managing the deployment center.

Thrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $40,000 annually. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, location and certifications.
