Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of engineering experience in high-tech hardware environments.
5+ years of program management experience leading complex hardware initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive full lifecycle hardware development programs from concept through production.
Lead cross-functional coordination across mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical, and systems teams.
Own program schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation; support technical problem-solving.
Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners.
Facilitate technical discussions across infrastructure domains including data centers, wiring, fiber, power, and server systems.
